The
large open floor plan with the vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans provide
an open and airy feeling. The living room offers a LCD/HD 45” flat
screen TV with home theatre surround sound. There is a DVD player and
satellite service provided so you can watch movies in comfort. If the
nights should get cool, there is even a wood-burning fireplace.
The
cozy den is a perfect place to curl up with a book, or use the wireless
high-speed internet service and surf the web on your laptop.
There is a separate formal dining room for those special evenings. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and a kitchen nook that overlooks the pool & canal.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, and flatware. All essential appliances are also provided, coffeemaker, toaster, coffee grinder, blender, and a complete spice selection.
This is a four-bedroom and three-bath home. There are three bedrooms
and two baths located on one side of the house. One of these bedrooms
has a sliding door walk-out to the pool. All three are beautifully
decorated. One has a queen-size bed and the other two are full-size
beds. All three are equipped with color DVD-ready TVS. Two are hooked
up to Satellite service.
The master bedroom and bath is located on the other side of the house.
There is a DVD-ready TV with satellite service in this bedroom. The
bed is a California King-size bed. There is a walk-out to the pool
and a cute reading area as well. The bath has a large soaking tub and
a huge walk-in shower.
The lanai covered pool has a dining table and chairs and a gas grill
for outdoor cooking and dining. Lounge chairs are also provided. The
pool is a great “Hollywood” style pool that is electronically
heated and kept at 86 degrees. The dock is a huge wrap-around dock that’s
perfect for fishing. There’s even a fish cleaning station supplied
with fresh water. The boat lift is remote controlled and is large enough
for a 7,000lb boat.
